Alex Gorobetz was a Fremont Junior High School teacher prior to his 26 years as Special Education Supervisor/Director and 5 years as Director of Student Services for Fremont City Schools.
Originally from Great Neck, New York, Mr. Gorobetz is a part-time consultant with Benton Carroll Salem schools. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Special Education
from The University of Toledo.
Mary Alice Espiritu, Vice PresidentCurrent Term: 2020-2023

Mary Alice Espiritu is a life-long resident of Fremont and a 1998 graduate of Ross High School. Mrs. Espiritu received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Management from the University of
Phoenix in 2014. She has been employed by the Migrant/Seasonal Head Start in Fremont for the past twelve years and is currently the Center Supervisor. Mary Alice is looking forward to enrolling
her child at Fremont City Schools in the near future.

Shantel Laird is a life-long resident of Fremont. She's the mother of two past "Little Giants" and is a proud graduate of Ross High School herself. Shantel is an Assistant Vice President and Cash
Management Officer of Croghan Colonial Bank. She attended Terra State Community College and completed various coursework and licensures in banking through The Ohio Banker's League and The American
Thomas M. Price, Board MemberCurrent Term: 2018-2021

Thomas Price is a Clyde High School Graduate and attended Liberty University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
He has been a resident of Fremont for the past 27 years. Mr. Price is the husband of a current Fremont City Schools teacher
and also has two children enrolled in Fremont City Schools. Tom has been a Co-Owner of The Cookie Lady for 21 years and is a member of Grace Community Church.
Violetta R. Rhea, MemberCurrent Term: 2020-2023

Violetta Rhea earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at Rowan University and completed graduate studies in Social Work through Rutgers University School of Social Work and Counseling through
Liberty University. Prior to moving to Fremont from New Jersey, she was employed as a social worker with N.J. Division of Youth and Family Services. Violetta received her Ohio social worker
license in 1987 and was employed in the area of children's services through Sandusky County DJFS and drug counseling and family advocacy through TASC (Treatment Alternative to Street Crime). She
retired after 24 years as a Social Services Coordinator and ACE Mentoring Coordinator serving Fremont City Schools. Violetta is married to Bobby Rhea.
